If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our websites' homepages or sending you a notification). Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your email address and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

Log Information: We log information about your use of our websites, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the website you visited before navigating to our websites.

Device Information: We may collect information about the computer or device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, MAC address and mobile network information. In addition, the Services may access your device's native phonebook and image storage applications, with your consent, to facilitate your use of certain features of the Services. Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to you. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits. Information We Collect From Other Sources

We receive information about you from other Service users, from third-party services, from our related companies, social media platforms, public databases, and from our business and channel partners. We may combine this information with information we collect through other means described above. This helps us to update and improve our records, identify new customers, create more personalized advertising and suggest services that may be of interest to you.

Analytics SDK

The Flurry Analytics SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention purposes.

IP address Collects the IP address to estimate the general location of a device
App lifecycle events Collects screen views and sessions, background and foreground events, for use in reporting and analysis.
Country code Collects country code in order to target parameters that are based on this data.
Language code Collects language code for reporting and analysis.
Time zone Collects time zone for reporting and analysis.
Platform version Collects platform version for reporting and analysis.
OS version Collects OS version for reporting and analysis.
Device Properties Collects device brand, model, architecture, memory, CPU, Disk, battery, for reporting and analysis
Network Status Collects wifi/cellular, carrier name, operator, band etc for reporting and analysis.
App Info Collects app version, app bundle ID, orientation for reporting and analysis
Device Identifiers Collects Android ID, Installation ID, and Android Ad ID (Android ad ID collection is optional. The ad ID can be reset or deleted by users using ad ID controls in the Android settings menu. As the app developer, you can prevent the collection of ad IDs by updating the app's manifest file.)
Installation ID is generated by the SDK once when the app is initially installed on a device and is reset during app re-installation.
Location Collects location if location permission for your app is granted by the user. Please make sure your end-user disclosure includes the use-cases consistent with Flurry Analytics SDK and with the Flurry Analytics Terms of Service.

All of the user data collected by Flurry Analytics SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

Use of Information

Our mission is to constantly improve our App and provide you with new experiences. As part of this mission, we use your information for the following purposes:

(a)Provide, maintain and improve our Services, including to provide additional features and content for your messages;

(b)Provide and deliver the products and services you request, process transactions and send you related information;

(c)Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service;

(d)Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;

(e)Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by SmartTool and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;

(f)Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services;

(g)Personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content or features that match user profiles or interests;

(h)Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;

(i)Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity; and Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

Note: If any new purposes for processing your personal data arise we will let you know we start to process information on that other purpose by introducing the corresponding changes to this Privacy policy.

How Long We Use Your Personal Data

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for performing the functional service of the App and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account.

However, some data may still be stored for a certain time period (but no longer than the storage purpose requires) if information is necessary to comply with legal obligation (taxation, accounting, audit) or in order to maintain safety and data backup settings, prevent fraud or other malicious acts.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;

In response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;

In order to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of SmartTool, our users or others;

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, with your consent or at your direction;

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand your online activity.

Security

The security of your personal information is highly important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, which are designed to implement data-protection principles, such as data minimization, in an effective manner and to integrate the necessary safeguards into the processing. We seek your personal data to be encrypted with proper and strong encryption algorithms, including hashing where possible.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your personal data, nevertheless, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event that your personal information is compromised as a breach of security, we will promptly notify you in compliance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of thirteen. We do, however, allow children under the age of thirteen to use certain areas or features of our Services that do not involve the collection of user information, aside from certain device information that may be collected as necessary to the operation and support of the Services.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe that we may have collected and possessed any information from a child under 13 please contact us.

Heart Rate Monitor belongs to non-medical products and not a clinical pulse oximeter, It cannot be used for medical purposes, it is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, security or completeness of the information and data. Heart Rate Monitor app is not responsible for any personal injury or other damages resulting from the use or misuse of the service. If knowing your pulse rate is critical to your health, you further need to have your pulse taken by a medical professional.

Heart Rate Monitor is a private publishing App with some information and guidance, based on a machine learning model. We are not responsible for your physical and/or mental health.

Heart rate monitor use case limitations:

-Heart Rate monitor via mobile camera is not to be used for medical purpose.

-The app cannot detect any medical condition. For medical purpose, please use certified medical equipment and consult a doctor.

-Heart rate monitor app is not a medical device, the heart rate feature is not meant to replace medical equipment.

-The app cannot measure blood pressure.

-It does not detect baby's resting heart rate.

-The feature may cause flash to become hot and cause finger to heat as well. Please stop using in such a case.

-Not compatible with all phone models, not useable in all conditions.

Your Choices

Device Information

Certain features of the Services require access to your device's native phonebook and image storage applications (e.g., to find friends, set background photo for app). If you later decide to revoke your consent and prevent us from continuing to access your phonebook and image storage applications, you can do so by either changing the settings on your device, if this settings option is provided by your device operating system, or by following the standard uninstall process and removing our Services from your device. On iOS devices, you can grant or revoke your consent at any time and prevent us from continuing to access your phonebook and image storage applications by changing the settings on your device.

Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our website.

Push Notifications/Alerts

SmartTool may send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device.

Advertising Companies

To be able to offer our products and services for free, we work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in our products which helps us enhance your overall product experience. We serve third-party ads of advertising companies in our products for mobile devices, to enable the ad, we embed a software development kit (“SDK”) provided by an advertising company into the product, which then collects Personal Data in order to personalize ads for you. Please note that only a small number of our free products contain third-party ads, and you will be prompted for consent during the installation process of these products. For additional details, including the specific types of Personal Data processed and names of relevant products, please refer to the list of our advertising partners and their respective privacy policies provided below.
